Habitat for Humanity Build
Our team partnered with Habitat for Humanity to help build safe, affordable housing for families in need. I worked hands-on at the build site, assisting with framing, measuring, and securing materials while collaborating closely with other volunteers and site supervisors.
This project strengthened my practical construction skills, attention to safety, and ability to work as part of a diverse team. It also deepened my commitment to using civil engineering to support communities and improve quality of life for people facing housing insecurity.
